REFUND POLICY

If the client has any complaint or grievance about the service received, he/she should send us an email to CONSULTORIA LEGAL PJ commenting on his/her situation

CONSULTORIA LEGAL PJ has 10 days to review the case and respond to the client.

If a refund is applicable, CONSULTORIA LEGAL PJ has 15 working days to refund the customer by the same means by which the requested service was purchased.
