By participating in the CONSULTORIA LEGAL PJ Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: To participate in our Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid website, blog, or social media profile to promote our legal services.

Application Process: To apply for our Affiliate Program, you must complete the online application form on our website. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason at our sole discretion.

Commission Payouts: We will pay out commissions on a monthly basis, provided that the minimum payout threshold of USD $50 has been met. We offer commission payouts through PayPal, check, or wire transfer.

Commission Rates: Commission rates are as follows:

10% commission on the sale of legal services up to USD $1000
15% commission on the sale of legal services between USD $1001 and USD $5000
20% commission on the sale of legal services over USD $5000

Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in any of the following activities while participating in our Affiliate Program:

Spamming or unsolicited email promotions

Misrepresenting our services or making false claims

Promoting our services on adult or illegal websites

Using your affiliate link to make purchases for yourself or others

Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in our Affiliate Program at any time and for any reason. We may also withhold any commissions owed to you if we believe you have violated these terms and conditions.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CONSULTORIA LEGAL PJ and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from your participation in our Affiliate Program.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to check for updates regularly.
